1-Hour Cancellation Window:
Customers may cancel their booking or order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.
To cancel, please contact us via email/phone number/website form within 1 hour of your purchase.
Conditions:
The 1-hour cancellation window begins from the time the order or booking confirmation is received.
Cancellations made after the 1-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
For cancellations made within the 1-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If you encounter any issues while attempting to cancel within the 1-hour period, please contact our customer support immediately.
Exceptions:
Certain products or services may be non-refundable once purchased. These exceptions will be clearly noted in the product/service description.
If the service or product has already been delivered or initiated within the 1-hour window, cancellation may not be possible.
